Medieval Madness

Background
Medieval Madness is one of the final games created by Williams before they shut down the pinball division in 1999. It’s almost always in the top 5 of any “best pinball machines of all time” list, and has been remade by Chicago Gaming Company multiple times due to its popularity.
The game is a follow-up to the highly successful Attack from Mars, designed by the same team led by Brian Eddy. Where Attack from Mars had you defending Earth from flying saucers, Medieval Madness puts you in a “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”-style kingdom with trolls and castles to destroy.
This copy is a Chicago Gaming Company remake, which replaced the dot-matrix display with a larger color screen, added lighting, a shaker motor, and a ridiculous topper. The biggest benefit of the remake, however, is having a computer board 30 years more modern than the original.
